The menu covers women's, men's and children's cuts, custom color, highlights and glazes, keratin and perm treatments, blowouts, makeup, waxing, lash extensions and enhancements, and hair extensions. Staff are trained in Paul Mitchell techniques and continue their education to refine their skills and keep up with trends.

Bridal clients meet with the Bridal Coordinator before booking and sign a bridal contract. In-salon bridal services include access to a mimosa bar, a bottle of champagne and light breakfast appetizers, and travel options are offered within 30 minutes of the salon.

Hair extensions are offered in four methods: fusion using Kera-Link, tape-in, glue-in and hand-tied. Extension consultations are complimentary, and pricing is set after consultation. An additional charge applies for guests who already wear temporary or permanent extensions.

Listed prices are starting prices and may change based on hair length, density, texture and the chosen stylist's expertise. Prices may fluctuate on holidays and Sundays. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and guests who arrive 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday, open Tuesday from 12 to 7, Wednesday from 10 to 5:30, Thursday and Friday from 10 to 8, and Saturday from 8 to 3.
