Color work runs from glazes and root touch-ups through faceframe highlights, all-over color, and partial or full highlights and balayage. Corrective color requires a consultation and a deposit. Every lightening service includes WELLAPLEX, which the salon says helps protect hair during lightening and whose second step helps rebuild bonds that were previously broken. Texture services include a keratin treatment, an Express keratin blowout and the Brazilian Blowout Treatment, and a Moroccan Oil mask can be added to any haircut.

Extensions are offered in keratin fusion, weft and full or partial HairTalk installations, plus top-of-the-head pieces. The salon uses only HairTalk hair, which it describes as 100% high-quality human hair. Every extension client books a consultation first, and a $50 deposit taken at that visit is applied to a gift card for the installation appointment. Installing hair not purchased from HairTalk carries a $50 fee.

Lash services include lifts, tints, and classic, hybrid and volume extensions with refills, and a private room is set aside for lash work. Brow shaping, tinting and lamination are offered, along with waxing for brows, lip, chin, side burns, nostrils, unibrow and face. Headspa sessions are offered in 15- or 30-minute lengths.

Services are a la carte and every listed price is a starting price. Appointments can be booked online at any time or by phone during salon hours, and the salon calls, texts or emails to confirm at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, later cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show must pay a 50% deposit for future bookings. A credit card is kept on file without a charge, and changes must be made by phone. There is a 10-minute grace period, and arrivals 15 minutes or later pay a $20 late fee. Tips are not included in prices and are accepted in cash or through Venmo. Parking is on-street on Main Street and Afton Avenue, or in a marked lot behind the salon on Canal Street.

According to the salon, appointments start with a consultation and stylists customize color and cuts to each client, with an emphasis on training and keeping current.
