The space is calm, clean and welcoming, and appointments are not rushed. Hair appointments begin with a consultation about lifestyle, hair texture and personal style, so the service can be tailored to the client's goals.

The hair menu covers cutting, blowouts, color, foiling and balayage, plus keratin smoothing, permanent waves and updos. Bridal styling is offered by inquiry, depending on availability. Custom human hair wigs and hairpieces for brides and special occasions are also made by one of the stylists.

Skin services include the Sublime Customized Facial, which starts with a consultation and cleanse, and several Hydrafacial and Korean Oxygen Facial options sold individually or in packages. Brow and lash services, microchanneling and waxing are also offered, with waxing done by a trained aesthetician in a private room using warm wax.

Nail services use FarmHouse Fresh products, and the salon says it keeps high sanitation standards for nail work. Massage and body treatments use FarmHouse Fresh products as well, and the spa packages The Reflect, The Retreat, The Relax and The Renew combine services for a single visit. Gift cards can be purchased, and limited-edition seasonal packages are offered through the year.
