Hair color is a large part of the menu, from solid full color and root retouches to T-bar highlights, full-head highlights, babylights, lowlights and balayage. Curly hair has its own menu, including dry curly cuts, wash and diffuse appointments, and a long hydration treatment that re-twists curls with European grade products. According to the salon, some clients travel hours for curly cuts, curly treatments or color services.

Japanese head spa services make up another core part of the business, ranging from a head spa on its own to versions paired with an express or deluxe facial. Scalp analysis under a microscope can be added to any service or booked separately, and the salon describes its head spa as the highest rated in Buffalo. The salon also says it will not push clients to buy products.

Bridal work centers on trials, halfup styles and updos, and bridal parties can be styled on site for up to 10 to 11 hairstyles. On-site bridal work requires a minimum of five services, and the studio does not work with second artists so results stay consistent. A wedding is not booked until the deposit is paid in full; deposits are taken only through Venmo and are nonrefundable. Trials can be booked online once the deposit is received, and bridal party inquiries can be sent by text or email, with email responses taking longer.

The studio also offers one-on-one training: a bridal styling course of about five hours with lunch and snacks, and a full-day head spa course of about eight hours covering scalp health, Japanese head spa technique, running a head spa, and product and equipment advice.

Services are performed by the owner rather than second artists so results stay consistent, and the salon says it will not push product sales.

Appointments are relaxed and easygoing, with the aim of clients feeling comfortable for a few hours.
