The salon calls itself a boutique and aims for each guest to feel comfortable in the space and leave feeling good about how they look. The rooms are done in soft pink with chandeliers and a feminine decor.

Cuts cover girls' cuts for children under 8, men's cuts and women's cuts. Extensions are handled in two steps, an extension consult followed by the application. Keratin treatments come in three versions: Keratin Express, Keratin Instant Blowout and the standard Keratin Treatment. Blowout & Style covers everyday styling, and eyebrow and lip and chin waxing are also offered.

Wedding services include blowouts, formal styling and makeup application, and the team is able to travel for weddings.

Booking is through the online form, and appointments are confirmed by email. Stylist work is by appointment only. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged the full 100%. The salon accepts cash, check and all major credit cards, and gift cards are available. Hours are closed Sunday and Monday, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm, though hours may change.

Prices vary by stylist and by service. The booking site shows base pricing that differs from one stylist to another, so clients are asked to check with their stylist before booking. Color corrections and consultations need a phone call to the salon at (401) 475-3739 rather than online booking.

The owners want every guest to feel at ease and leave pleased with their look, and the salon works by appointment with each stylist's own pricing and service menu.
