The salon says the guest experience comes first and that it aims to go beyond what people expect. It states that its service professionals are highly trained and that it offers stylists at a range of price points. Skill levels are set by a combination of education and performance.

Color is a major focus. The salon carries the Maria Nila professional color line from Sweden, which is free of ammonia and PPD and offers more than 100 shades that can be mixed across five collections. Color services are all-inclusive, covering a cleanse, cut, blowout and a take-home professional shampoo. Stylists can custom blend color around a client's lifestyle, skin tone and face shape. Options include balayage, foils, ombre, face frame highlights, dimensional color, single process color, gloss in clear or tinted versions, and color correction with conditioning treatments for damaged hair.

Beyond color, the salon offers keratin treatments, with a full treatment and a shorter express version, and short and long perms. Calecim, a stem cell hair loss treatment, is offered after a consultation. Hair extensions are done with AQUA Hair Extensions. Other services include teeth whitening in mini, basic and advanced sessions, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, brow lamination, henna brows, and waxing for lips, brows, chin, face, arms and legs.

Weddings have their own menu. In-salon bridal pricing covers the bride's upstyle, blowout and styling, flower girls, permanent jewelry and bridal makeup. Optional in-salon wedding packages add refreshments. On-location Sunday and holiday weddings carry separate pricing and an additional fee. A pre-bridal consultation and hair trial are recommended before the wedding day at an extra cost, and bridal quotes include a 20% gratuity. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. It accepts cash, checks and major credit cards. The salon does not offer refunds on services but will make adjustments at no extra cost in some situations if notified within seven days.
