Clients who have had eyebrow tattooing with another artist are treated as new clients and must send photos for eligibility before the appointment. A $100 correction fee is added to the balance for clients with previous work who arrive without sending those photos. Microblading is not offered to anyone under 18.

Booking policies: deposits and payments are non-refundable, and appointments can be rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours carries a cancellation fee equal to the full service price. Clients more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged a cancellation fee.

Hygiene practices include disposable gloves, disinfected surfaces and equipment between clients, disposable supplies, and a handwashing station.
