To find the studio, enter through the right side of the gate and go to Suite B9. Booking is done on the Square booking page, which lists appointments Tuesday through Friday; the studio is closed Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. Clients are asked to communicate by text, which is checked during business hours, and social media messages are not used for appointments. Waxing is done with a hypoallergenic hard wax that contains no perfumes, colorants, pine rosins or preservatives. Facial areas are generally recommended every two to four weeks, underarms every two to three weeks, bikini and Brazilian about every four weeks, and other body areas every four to six weeks. The studio describes the hard wax experience as comfortable.

Permanent makeup brows are a two-appointment process that begins with a consultation to talk through shape, color and technique before the brows are mapped. Each session takes about two to four hours, and most clients need one touch-up afterward, with follow-ups booked at least five weeks after the first visit. Topical anesthetic is applied and reapplied during the procedure. Brows generally last between 12 months and 3 years, and the studio recommends refreshing them about every one to two years rather than at the first sign of fading.

Policies: cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the reserved appointment, and no-shows are charged the full service amount, with repeat no-shows possibly blocked from rebooking. Clients who arrive more than six minutes late without notice have their appointment rescheduled, which counts as a 24-hour cancellation. Debit and credit cards, Zelle and cash are accepted. Clients may reschedule once before their service. Tips are appreciated but never expected. Unsupervised children are not permitted and the studio does not provide childcare, so guests are asked to wait nearby rather than come in. Pets are not allowed except service and emotional support animals, which need advance notice.
