Lash extension styles run from classic sets, which add one extension to each natural lash, through hybrid and volume sets, to angel lash sets with soft, feathery extensions and freestyle sets in which each lash fan is handmade during the appointment. Refills are generally due every two to three weeks. Lash tints, lash lifts, brow tints and brow laminations are also offered, and a mini-fill can be booked between refills for a touch-up.

First-time clients can start with a 30-minute consultation that includes a patch test to check for an allergic reaction. The $20 consultation fee is taken off the service booked afterward.

A few house rules apply. Children and pets are not allowed in the suite during service. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and a late arrival may shorten the service or lead to cancellation. Changes made within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged in full. A 3.5% fee applies to card payments. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Off-hours and day-off appointments can be requested for an added fee. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Each set is built around the client's natural lashes, and first-time clients begin with a consultation and patch test before any service.
