Lash extension visits start with a $20 consultation, where clients talk through their concerns and special requests and have a patch test. From there, the studio offers lash removal, mini fills for existing clients only (a 30-minute touch-up that does not replace a regular refill), refills and full sets. Full sets come in five styles, from a natural mascara-style look to handmade fans that can be customized. Refills are recommended about every two weeks, and need at least half of the extensions still attached on arrival; otherwise a full set may be required.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts, which curl natural lashes and last six to eight weeks, and lash tints, which darken natural lashes for up to six to eight weeks. Lash lift and tint can be booked together. For brows, there is brow tint, brow lamination, and a combined brow lamination and tint. Waxing is not included with brow lamination. Wispy and color lash add-ons are done in the studio.

Booking requires 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancelling with less notice is charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, and a no-show is charged the full fee. If a client arrives at least 10 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and marked as a no-show, and clients running late may have their service shortened to fit the time left. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount, and are final once sold.

Styles are matched to each client, with options ranging from natural and soft to voluminous.
