Consultations are booked with one of five board-certified plastic surgeons, by phone or through the online booking on the spa's website. The team includes injectors and licensed aestheticians, along with front desk and administrative staff. Injectable treatments are used for concerns such as crow's feet, volume loss in the cheeks and hands, sagging jowls, nasolabial folds, thin lips, under-eye bags, smoker's lines and fine lines. Kybella is offered for moderate to severe fullness under the chin.

Facials are chosen by skin type or condition and cover the face, neck and décolleté. Most are performed by licensed aestheticians and follow a set sequence of cleansing, steam, toning, exfoliation, oxygen, masking, serum and moisturizer, with extractions when needed. Every facial except the mini includes a neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage, and the spa recommends an at-home skincare routine and a follow-up visit at the end of each appointment. The Salt Facial is a three-step option using sea salt exfoliation, ultrasound and LED light.

Beyond facials and injectables, the spa offers laser treatments, microneedling, Ultherapy, non-surgical fat elimination, permanent makeup, waxing, lash and brow services and sunless tanning. Permanent makeup is performed by certified makeup technicians at both locations. Payment over time is available through Cherry, with some 0% APR options subject to eligibility.

The spa describes its approach to beauty and wellness as innovative and says it offers cutting-edge treatments. Facials are prescriptive and tailored to skin type or condition.
