Bookings are made online through a GlossGenius booking page. The studio is open Tuesday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Mondays and Sundays. Clients are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment so it can be rebooked, and a 20% cancellation fee applies. The studio accepts payments, and gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount; gift card sales are final.

The waxing menu is detailed by area. Brazilian options include a female brazilian, a first-time brazilian that allows 45 minutes, and an extended combo at $100 that adds the full butt, inner thigh, and stomach strip to the brazilian. For clients who want to address ingrown hairs after a brazilian wax, the studio offers a steaming, extraction, and add-on mask service. It includes about 10 minutes of steam to soften the skin before extraction and is finished with a hydro jelly mask. The lash lift and tint is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts and curls natural lashes and tints them, lasting 4 to 6 weeks. Airbrush spray tans start at $45, use a vegan solution, and are colored to match each client's skin fairness and undertones.
