The team's aim is to go beyond root touch-ups and foil highlights. French haircuts are shaped around the head: the client stands while the stylist cuts the outline, and the layers build from the top down. Every haircut includes a wash and style.

New clients choose a package or the consultation, and they are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in. Before the first visit, a stylist emails to answer questions, and requests for new appointments get a reply by phone or email within one business day. The first appointment is longer than later visits and may cost more. After it, the stylist creates a maintenance plan, and later visits are booked through the online guest booking. The salon says appointments start on time and offers snacks and beverages during visits.

The blonding packages vary in length. Low Maintenance Blonde or Bronde takes about 2 hours and includes balayage or depth, gloss, haircut and style. Dimensional Blonding takes 2 to 3 hours and includes balayage, gloss, French haircut and style. Eye Catching Blonding takes 3 to 4 hours and includes foil highlights, balayage, gloss, French haircut and style. Clients who have not booked in more than six months are asked to start again with a new client package. Clients are encouraged to ask their stylist about the in-salon treatments.
