Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
New clients can start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through colors, styles and hair goals. Some services need a consultation first: Total Blonde All Over requires one, and Corrective Color needs a phone or in-person consultation before booking. Corrective Color is priced by hands-on time, starting at $100 per hour.
Deposits apply to some services for new clients: $50 for Total Blonde All Over, $75 for Calico Peekaboo, and $100 for Creative Color, Corrective Color, Extension Application and Keratin Treatment. Cancellations or no-shows are charged 30% of the scheduled service amount, so clients are asked to get in touch as early as possible if plans change. Clients who are sick may rebook or reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in $35, $50, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
