Stylists build a customized service plan with each client, drawing on professional training. Extension pricing is settled at an in-person consultation, where the amount of hair needed, the method and the appointment length are decided. The menu also includes perms, lash lifts and tints, and waxing for lips, chin and brows.

According to the salon, it has been rated among the best on The Fox four times and among the three best-rated for six years. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, with the salon closed on Sundays.
