The menu has two groups. Waxing covers Brazilian and bikini services, priced by visit type: one rate for new clients, a rate for clients returning within four to six weeks, and a higher rate for those returning after six or more weeks. New client Brazilian and bikini waxes include a complimentary hydrogel mask. The Brazilian wax covers the front through the back, while the bikini line wax covers a narrower band and a bikini extended wax removes the bikini line, mons pubis and butt strip without the labia. The add-on group covers the upper lip, brows, cheeks, underarms, stomach, arms, back, buttocks, legs and vajazzle designs, each priced separately and in several cases starting from a stated amount. Vajazzle comes in four designs: heart, bow, cat and cowgirl.

Booking needs a phone number, an email address and a card saved on file, plus a signed client intake and consent form and a card authorization and cancellation agreement before the first service. Client feedback on the site describes Heaven as thorough, patient and quick, and says she explains each step as she goes.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 6:30 to 9:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Wednesday through Friday. Changes need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service price, non-refundable. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten, reschedule or cancel an appointment. Extra guests are not allowed in the treatment room but may wait quietly in the lounge, and children must be supervised there at all times. Sales are final, and any adjustment for an unsatisfied client is at the owner's discretion.
