Appointments are booked one service at a time through Square. The studio describes its visits as an alternative to assembly-line appointments. Treatments take place in a private suite, and free parking is available. Clients who already have a booking are asked to fill out the intake form before arriving, and to come alone.
A visit begins with a consultation to review skin history. Because waxing involves brief discomfort, the studio uses breathing cues and calming pressure and explains each step as it goes. For waxing, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice. Clients who have been shaving are asked to wait at least two to three weeks before a waxing appointment.
Signature offerings include The Pristine Brazilian, which combines a consultation, mapping, calming pressure and personalized aftercare guidance, and Sanctuary Facials, customized skin health treatments that use Dermalogica. Custom series and care plans are confirmed directly with Audrey Raphiel. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and closed Sunday.
Consultation and education are built into the studio's services, with a focus on considered technique and a comfortable room.
