The main adhesive is Opal Free, a plant-based option with no cyanoacrylate or acrylate that cures under light. The business describes it as 99.9% allergen-free and says it does not release fumes while curing. The business says the owner is one of the few artists in the world certified to offer it.

Clients with a past reaction to lash adhesive receive a patch test before a full set, and a complimentary sensitivity patch test is offered before booking a full set. Sets are built from a collection of hundreds of colors, curls and lengths. Standard fills (75 minutes, $115) are for current clients with at least half their lashes intact, and extended fills (90 minutes, $135) suit sparser sets or added volume. Routine fills every two to three weeks help maintain a set's structure.

The Bespoke Full Set ($225, 120 minutes) is custom-designed for each client, in styles from hyper-realistic to angel, wispy, color-matched, anime, volume and hybrid. New clients receive an aftercare kit. Clients who have lashes from another artist can book a foreign fill (about 1.5 hours), which may be rescheduled as a full set if the existing set is too sparse to fill.

The studio says its policies are meant to let it run in a personal, people-focused way. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a charge of 30% of the booked price on the card on file, and no-shows are charged for the service. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may still be seen; at 15 minutes the visit may need rescheduling. Children are not permitted at appointments.

The studio is in Room 216 inside IMAGE Studios West, in the building connected to the office building rather than the one with the fountain out front. Parking is available in front of the building or in a complimentary garage with entrances on N Plano Road and Wilshire Way. Clients can enter through the door marked 600 without going outside. Gift cards and an online shop are available.

Places lash and eye health ahead of style, using LED-cured adhesive and patch testing for clients with past reactions.
