The menu centers on massage-based facials. Natural face sculpting uses massage to contour, firm and lift facial features, and buccal massage works the muscles inside the cheek and jaw, both intraorally and externally. Treatments can combine sculpting and lifting with lymphatic drainage, deep cleansing, LED light therapy, hydrating masks and neck, shoulder and arm massage. Men's facials and youth facials are also offered.

Beyond the face, the spa offers back treatments including a back facial, a nourishing mask and a soothing massage, along with traditional Thai massage and a table-based Thai massage that is done fully clothed. Spa day packages pair facial and massage services into full-day or 90 to 110 minute visits.

Visits are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. Booking requires a $104 deposit that goes toward the cost of the service. Cancellations or changes made by phone at least 24 hours ahead receive a full deposit refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Paying by credit or debit card carries a 4% fee, while Venmo and Zelle are accepted without it. Clients are asked to wait 8 weeks after fillers and 3 weeks after Botox before a buccal massage or treatment, to avoid prescription retinol for 3 days before a treatment, and to avoid chemical or physical exfoliation for 24 hours beforehand.
