The space has 18 beds and rooms that can take solo clients or small to large groups, including two couple rooms and a large group hall. The salon lists around 15 therapists on staff. Group bookings are taken for anniversaries, bridal parties, birthdays and company events, and decorating and catering can be arranged on request.

Massage ranges from traditional Thai bodywork, which combines pressure, stretching and acupressure along energy lines, to Swedish and deep tissue sessions. Combination sessions blend Thai stretching with gliding strokes or deep muscle work. Four-hands sessions have two therapists working on the client at the same time, and prenatal Swedish and prenatal foot massages are also offered. Neck and shoulder pain release sessions use a meridian brush.

Facial options include a Guasha Facial using stone tools, with cleansing, light exfoliation, a skin-type mask and gua sha massage, and an Oxygen Lift Facial that uses Images products. The Gua Sha Face Massage is a facial contouring massage rather than an aesthetician-led facial, and it does not include extractions, deep cleansing or masks. The Guasha Facial and Oxygen Lift Facial are not recommended for clients taking blood thinners, those within six weeks of surgery, those with acne-prone skin or skin concerns, or those using retinol. After an Oxygen Lift Facial, the salon advises avoiding retinol or harsh treatments for 72 hours and wearing SPF daily. The salon recommends a facial every two weeks.

Exclusive Membership costs $70 per month and includes one Swedish massage and 10% off services. Gift cards are dollar-denominated, with custom amounts from $30 to $600. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, and transfers must be made in person at the spa. Service prices vary by location, according to the salon's gift card page.

The salon describes its team as well trained, with years of experience in holistic healing, and says its massage menu draws on both Eastern and Western techniques.
