Visits are by appointment only. The studio sees one client at a time and has no waiting room, so each session is delivered by the lead practitioner in a quiet, private setting. New clients can book a Skin Renewal Consultation for $50. The 60-minute visit includes a professional cleanse, magnification skin analysis and a barrier and pattern assessment, and it ends with a personalized written renewal plan that the client keeps. The consultation carries a $25 credit toward a first treatment and a $25 credit toward homecare products, and clients are not required to commit to a plan that day. Clients can also book a treatment directly.

The facial menu runs from wellness facials, including prenatal and seasonal options, to corrective renewal facials for acne, brightening, rosacea and sensitive skin, age-related concerns and PCOS-related skin support. Advanced treatments include RF microneedling, hydro dermabrasion, dermaplaning and a Korean green sea peel. Series plans of six or twelve sessions combine several treatments for acne or anti-aging goals. There are also lash and brow services, body and intimate treatments, a full waxing menu and men's services, including The Sharp Edge beard and jawline treatment, which is offered only on the men's menu.
