Body waxing covers underarms, bikini lines, arms, legs, back, chest and stomach, and Brazilian waxing. Facial waxing and tinting covers lip, nose, chin, brows, lash tinting, brow tinting, brow waxing with tint, and full face, which includes brows, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and nose. The wax is a low-temperature, hypoallergenic hard wax that adheres to the hair rather than the skin.

Skincare includes a 30-minute mini facial, a one-hour custom facial tailored to skin type and concerns that begins with a skin analysis, an express dermaplane, and a one-hour dermaplane facial. Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation done with a sterile surgical blade. It removes dead skin and vellus hair, and it exfoliates rather than clearing all facial hair.

Policies are set for clients' comfort and planning. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and shorter-notice changes or no-shows are charged 50% of the services booked. Clients running more than 10 minutes late should call, as the appointment may need rescheduling. For waxing, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth. Retin-A must be stopped 7 days before waxing, and Brazilian waxing can be done during a period with a clean tampon or menstrual cup in place. Gift cards and waxing, facial and dermaplane consent forms are available on the website.
