The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic enhancements, shellac gel color, kids services and additional nail work such as repairs, nail removal, nail art and polish changes. Manicures and pedicures range from a classic service of about 20 minutes to a 60-minute-style spa visit with paraffin, hot stone or mask steps. The TH Signature Manicure takes 30 to 35 minutes and includes a sugar scrub, paraffin, a collagen mask and a longer massage. Facial options run from an express deep-cleansing facial of about 30 minutes to a 45-minute anti-ageing treatment and a 60-minute TH Signature facial. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with full sets and fills at one, two and three week intervals.

The salon says safety and sanitation matter a great deal to its clients. Tools, implements and electrical instruments are cleaned and disinfected before reuse, buffers and files are used once and then discarded, and every pedicure is done with liner protection. Staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol. The salon describes its products and technology as world-class and says it uses branded, high-grade products.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's booking page, which lists the gel versions of its pedicures. Prices appear on the menu, and clients are asked to confirm prices with their technician before service. Advance notice is needed to cancel. Clients who have diabetes, onychomycosis, a blood-thinning condition or allergies should tell the technician before the service begins. Fixes are free within seven days of a visit if the salon is called in advance, and later fixes are charged. Refunds are not given on services, but the salon will try to resolve issues with the service itself, and clients who are unhappy should speak with the manager right away.
