Pedicures come in several tiers, from a classic service of 25 to 30 minutes to the Ultimate TH Spa Pedicure, which runs 60 to 65 minutes and includes an oil massage for the legs and feet and a collagen foot mask. The Organic Signature Spa Pedicure is the menu's organic option, with hot stone and paraffin treatments and a choice of scent and polish. Manicures range from a quick classic service to a 30 to 35 minute TH Signature Manicure that includes a sugar scrub, paraffin, a collagen mask, and a longer massage.

For nail enhancements, clients can choose gel options such as Gel X, Hybrid Gel, Tap Gel, and Builder Gel, or acrylic work including solar color acrylic, ombre, and pink and white sets, in full-set or fill-in versions. SNS dipping is applied over the client's own natural nails in a dipping powder color of their choice. Additional services cover repairs, removal, polish changes, cut-downs, chrome, nail art, and ombre.

Facial skin care has three options: a 30-minute Express Facial Deep Cleansing for pore cleansing and dead skin removal, a 45-minute Anti-Ageing Treatment aimed at the look of wrinkles, expression lines, and blemishes, and a 60-minute TH Signature facial with exfoliation, a mask, massage, serum, and moisturizer. Waxing covers brows, face, arms, legs, back, chest, and bikini or Brazilian areas.

Clients may have one complimentary drink with any service, chosen from wine, champagne, Heineken or Corona, soft drinks, water, or hot tea, and the salon offers internet access during treatments. Prices are listed on the menu, and clients are asked to confirm them with their technician before service. Appointments can be booked through the online booking page or by calling 206-420-1479. Cancellations need advance notice, and fixes are free if requested within seven days of a visit with a call ahead.

Hygiene is built into the service: buffers and files are used once and then discarded, paraffin is never reused for another client, and every pedicure is done with liner protection. Staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol that puts client hygiene first.
