The facial menu is organized around goals. Clinical Solution is a 60-minute deep cleanse for congested skin, with a double cleanse, exfoliation, detailed extractions, and a mask. Hydrating Solution is a 60-minute treatment for dehydrated, sensitized, or prematurely aging skin, finished with a serum and moisturizer. Preventative Solution runs 75 minutes for dull or stagnant skin and includes advanced exfoliation and a detox peel-off mask. Corrective Solution is the longest option at 100 minutes, aimed at fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots, dehydration, and dullness, and can include cupping, gua sha, or microcurrent. Signature Skin Treatment is a 90-minute enzyme exfoliation facial with a nourishing mask and massage, planned for a quieter appointment; it may use tuning forks and a singing bowl, and clients sensitive to sound can opt out.

Individual treatments can be booked on their own or added to a facial. Facial Gua Sha/Cupping is a 60-minute session intended to support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness. Microcurrent is a 60-minute treatment using a low-level electrical current on the face. Peel, also called advanced exfoliation, is a 40-minute treatment that removes surface dead skin cells, with the acid strength customized to skin type and condition. Gua sha, cupping, and microcurrent can each be added to a facial for 30 minutes more.

For ongoing results, the business recommends a skin treatment monthly, every two weeks during an advanced exfoliation series or when working on signs of aging, and at least four times a year. The Rapid Results Series is a package of advanced exfoliation appointments spaced two weeks apart. The Microcurrent Series is five treatments, recommended every four to five days and then monthly. Monthly skin treatment members receive $10 off the treatment of their choice. Brides and clients with large events are advised to book a month or two ahead.

Lash services include classic extensions only, with one artificial lash applied to one natural lash; volume styles are not offered. A full set takes about two hours the first time and typically lasts around four weeks, with fills every two to three weeks taking 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. The Yumi Lash Lift and Tint uses a keratin treatment and takes about 90 minutes, sometimes up to two hours, with results lasting roughly 8 to 12 weeks. Clients may remove contacts before a lash appointment and put them back in afterward, and may bring their own music, binaural beats, guided meditation, or a podcast.

Waxing is offered for the face, bikini, and body. For the best wax, hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long; clients are asked to exfoliate the day before, avoid tanning for 48 hours beforehand, and not trim the hair. Results typically last about two weeks. Ear and nostril hair can be waxed only on the lobe, the outer ear, and the nostril rim, not inside the ear or nostrils. Facial waxing can be done on the same day as a skin treatment, with exfoliation left out of the waxed areas; a full face wax is best booked at least three days apart from a skin treatment.

Treatments are chosen and adjusted to each client's skin type and condition, with exfoliation strength and mask choice matched to the skin, and a monthly or series schedule recommended for maintenance.
