The salon describes its setting as spa-inspired, calm and light-filled, and says it sits by the beach. Clients can book appointments, though walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. A matchmaking survey pairs new clients with a stylist based on hair goals, lifestyle, preferred location and personality. Clients may ask for a favorite stylist or be served by whoever is available, and the salon suggests using two or three stylists regularly. Arriving 15 minutes early is requested, since late arrivals may have appointments shortened or rescheduled.

Color is done with ammonia-free products from INOA and Richesse. The salon offers Kerastase Fusio-Dose in-salon treatments from $40 in several formulas, and Oribe Renewal Remedies treatments from $40 that the stylist custom blends. The salon says its Oribe treatment makes hair four times smoother and softer and 74 percent more manageable, based on a clinical test on human hair against a control group. Keratin and Brazilian smoothing treatments and color correction are priced by consultation.

Ten For Men offers grooming for men, including a Cut, Style and Hot Towel service. Wedding hair services cover updos, styles and blowouts for the bride, the bridal party and guests, either on-location or at the salon. On-site weddings carry a travel fee, and wedding bookings require a 50 percent deposit at booking with the remaining balance due one month before the event. Wedding parties may bring mimosas and food on the day of services. Clients who are not satisfied with a service are asked to contact the Salon Director. Gratuities can be given in cash or check to providers directly, or on major credit cards.
