New clients usually begin with a consultation to set up a homecare routine and plan future treatments. This visit is not a facial, so clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and a list of the skincare products they currently use. The Acne Bootcamp begins with a first visit that looks at diet, lifestyle and internal imbalances, followed by a customized acne treatment and a home routine, with bi-weekly treatments over a minimum of three to six months.

Beyond acne work, the studio offers Neurotris dynamic microcurrent facials, BioRe peels, microneedling and microchanneling, and a range of facials. It also sells professional skincare from Jan Marini, Epicutis, Sorella Apothecary, Face Reality and Glymed, and offers free shipping on online orders over $150.
