Visits begin with a detailed consultation so that each treatment follows a personalized plan. New clients who are unsure which service they want are asked to book a consultation first, and the skin analysis is complimentary. The main Talcott Avenue location shares its building with Fit in 20 EMS, a wellness studio focused on mindful movement and strength, and parking is available there.

The menu is organized into facials, body services, clinical treatments, waxing and spiritual consultations. Facials include a customized facial, crystal facials, gua sha, Kobido, the HADADO Japanese face lifting massage, lymphatic drainage facials, buccal massage, face sculpting, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. The spa calls the HADADO treatment its signature offering. Clinical services include peels, HIFU, radiofrequency ultrasound skin tightening, and several platelet-rich plasma treatments for hair, the under-eye area and the face.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation of a single service and 48 hours for multiple services, and a credit card secures appointments. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete an intake form, and returning clients at least 10 minutes early. Gift cards and product exchanges are covered by the spa's own terms.
