Color services cover root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, highlights with root color, full color, balayage and color correction. New color clients and color correction clients need a consultation first, which takes about an hour and is priced according to the work needed. Balayage also requires a consultation and takes about five and a half hours, and a $20 deposit is listed for it.

The scalp menu includes a Scalp Reset at $100, which covers a scalp cleanse, exfoliation, scalp massage, a warm towel wrap and a warm eye mask. The Scalp Balance Ritual at $145 adds a steam scalp detox, extended massage, scalp serum and a calming face mask. The Crown Ritual at $235 is the longest option, with scalp analysis, a scrub, steam, massage, scalp serum, energy-balancing techniques, a warm towel and a calming face mask. The salon labels the Scalp Balance Ritual as its most popular service and calls the Crown Ritual its signature experience.

Smoothing services include several Brazilian Blowout treatments: a stand-alone split end corrector, an Express version, an Original version and the REWIND anti-aging and reparative service. The salon says results from these treatments last up to four weeks for the split end corrector and Express, up to 12 weeks for the Original, and up to 10 washes for the anti-aging and reparative service.

Booking runs on a few firm rules. Services are by appointment only and extra guests are not permitted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a fee of 25% of the service price applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Gift cards are sold on the website.

Scalp care is treated as part of the hair service rather than an add-on, with the scalp rituals and facials paired with color, styling and smoothing.
