Services are grouped into haircuts and styling, color and blonding, hair extensions, hair treatments, makeup and lashes, bridal, and waxing. Hair extensions include tape-in, sew-in and clip-in options, with tape-in applied close to the scalp using medical-grade adhesive tape. Hair treatments include keratin services, Brazilian blowouts, Keratherapy and a signature scalp facial. Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location, for the bride and bridal party.

New clients can request a free virtual consultation before booking. Prices are starting prices that vary by stylist based on experience, time and product, and are shown across Level 1 to Level 4. Corrective color and hair extension pricing are set by consultation. Appointments can be requested online, by phone or by text, and must be secured with a credit card held on file. A deposit of 25 to 50 percent is required for all services. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late or same-day cancellations incur a 50 percent charge on the booked services.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients earn one loyalty point per dollar spent on services and retail, and 1,000 points can be redeemed for $10 off services or retail products.
