Payment is flexible. Clients can arrange payment plans through Cherry with pre-approval before booking, or use in-person Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Deposits can be paid on the booking site or through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or Apple Cash, with the balance due in cash or Zelle on the day. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice, and cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit, with additional charges for late cancellations.
Permanent makeup has its own requirements. Clients must be at least 18 and get a health clearance before booking. The permanent makeup deposit is $50 and is non-refundable. Clients with cosmetic tattoos from another artist send clear natural-light photos for pre-approval first. Touch-ups are recommended 4 to 6 weeks after the first session, and annual touch-up pricing applies to existing clients only.
Business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
