The salon is owned by sisters with experience in small business ownership and salon studio work. The owners report more than twelve years across three salon studio locations, plus five years in a traditional salon.

Suites are boutique-style studios, larger than a typical studio, with 10 ft ceilings, windows, custom cabinets and new salon furniture, including pieces from Minerva Beauty. Each suite is fully enclosed and lockable, and it is wired so the renter can choose the light fixture. Suites come in 130, 150 and 180 square feet or more. Rent includes insurance, Wi-Fi and all utilities, and pricing and availability are provided on request by email.

Shared spaces include a laundry, two updated kitchens and break rooms, and filtered drinking water. The salon offers 24/7 access, and an owner is on site most days.

Each professional sets their own hours, which are listed on their own website. Clients book directly with the professional they want by phone, text, email or online. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are preferred. The salon describes its main advantage as having a wide range of beauty services in one location.
