Clients should know the house rules before booking. Service deposits range from $15 to $50, depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who bring their own hair or wigs must drop it off a week ahead for customization, cleansing and conditioning. Synthetic, master mix and master blend hair is not accepted for any service. Each appointment has a 10-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee is added to the remaining balance, and appointments running more than 25 minutes late are cancelled with the option to reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours carry no fee, while same-day or within-24-hour cancellations carry a 50% fee. Clients who no-call, no-show cannot rebook. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
