New clients register online and provide a credit or debit card to secure a booking. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost reserves the appointment and is applied to the final balance on the day of service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and no-shows forfeit it and are charged the full cost of the missed appointment.
