OOPY Beauty is a Black-owned beauty brand operated through Get OOPY, LLC. Its in-person work happens at OOPY Hair Studio, a private salon suite in Frisco where each appointment is one-on-one.

The studio specializes in hair care for textured and natural hair, premium extensions, vegan keratin smoothing treatments, and scalp-focused wellness sessions. Each service follows the OOPY 5-Step Healthy Hair Rejuvenation System, which includes a clarifying shampoo, a moisturizing conditioner, a prime-and-protect spray, a leave-in conditioner, and a hair and scalp serum.

The vegan keratin smoothing treatment is not a relaxer. It is meant to reduce frizz and soften texture while keeping the natural curl pattern. It starts at $300 for up to three hours of service, and the final price is confirmed after the client uploads a photo of their natural hair for review before the appointment. The studio says it can be combined with color on the same day. Clients are advised to wait 10 to 14 days after treatment before installing tight braids or extensions.

The salon describes itself as Frisco's first vegan, low-tox salon. Results from vegan keratin treatments are described as usually lasting three to five months, depending on curl pattern, porosity and how often hair is shampooed. Express keratin treatments are not available to book online, so clients call the studio to schedule.
