Tape-In installs require a consultation at least one week ahead. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations may be charged half the service fee. A 15-minute grace period applies to arrivals, and no-shows without notice are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Hours run Tuesday through Sunday, with the studio closed on Mondays. Weekday evenings and weekend daytime slots are available. Detangling is included for up to 45 minutes; severely matted hair that takes longer carries an extra $50 charge, and the stylist may stop a service if detangling becomes unmanageable.
