A color consultation is available for a planning conversation before a service, listed at 30 minutes and no charge. Prices for several color services are starting prices and may rise with hair density, product usage or extra time. Express root retouches and root retouches are the grey coverage options: the express version runs about 1 hour 10 minutes at $61 and leaves clients with towel-dried hair, while the standard root retouch starts at $97 and lasts 45 minutes.
