Much of the menu centers on textured hair: braids of many kinds, locs from starts and retwists through repairs, stitching and extension installs, crochet installs, sew-ins and wig sew-ins with lace front, and tape-in and keratin tip (K-tip) extensions.

Color and cuts are also offered, including full color, balayage, partial and full-head foiling, double process, lift and tone, gray coverage, precision cuts, trims and bundled color, silk press and trim packages. Relaxed hair is served with relaxer touch-ups and retouches, virgin relaxers, and curl or flat iron styling. Children up to age 9 can book basic styles, braids, starter locs, crochets and box braids. Treatments include Olaplex, protein, moisture, scalp detox, stream and Brazilian straightening.

Prices are listed as starting prices, and the final cost depends on the service. Clients can book online through the salon's Glossgenius page. Appointments require a deposit of $5 to $100 depending on the service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and last-minute cancellations incur a 50% fee. Services are not refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM.
