The Vault Salon opened in 2020 and was founded by Jessica Marquez as a home for talented artists who give back to the people around them, and as a space where clients feel welcomed and empowered in the community. The salon describes itself as a modern space for creative styling, color and luxury experiences.

Services are grouped into cuts, color, style, hair care, hair removal and bridal. Color covers balayage, highlights, blonding, dimensional color, toner, money pieces and retouches, with color correction and creative color priced separately. Cuts run from kids' and men's haircuts to women's cuts and cut-and-style services, and a haircut add-on can be attached to any color service.

Hair removal includes waxing and threading for brows, lip, chin, face, arms, legs and underarms, along with lash and brow tinting, eyebrow lamination and lash lifts. For weddings and events, the salon offers classic and airbrush bridal makeup, plus formal and bridal styling. Extensions for added length, density or color begin with a consultation.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. After a first no-show or late cancellation, a card on file is required for future bookings, and after an additional no-show, half of the scheduled service is charged to that card. Prices are for individual services, can change, and are not negotiable. Clients unhappy with a result should contact the salon within seven days, and the original stylist is offered the chance to correct it before another stylist is booked. Refunds are not given for services already performed.

The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00am to 8:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Gift cards are sold in the salon. Bridal inquiries and correction bookings are handled by the salon director, Mary Cardoso, through the salon's email.
