Outside of color, the hair menu includes a scalp treatment meant to nourish and hydrate the scalp and to address dandruff or dryness, a keratin treatment that smooths hair and reduces frizz over about 180 minutes, and an express keratin blowout whose results last about six weeks on average. There is also a Malibu treatment CPR that removes impurities and restores shine, a classic perm for bounce and texture, curly and standard haircuts, and simple blowouts. Children's haircuts for kids under 12 are done with shear cutting only, with no clipper cuts.

For weddings and events, bridal preview is a 120-minute session for planning bridal hair, and bridal hair offsite is styling on the wedding day. Glam makeup and formal hairstyles are offered for special occasions, with glam makeup taking about 90 minutes. A haircut package covers three haircuts for $150, saving $30 over separate visits, and can be given as a gift.

New clients are asked for a $50 deposit when booking total color transformation or bridal hair offsite. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 12 PM, Friday 1 PM to 9 PM and Sunday 12 PM to 8:30 PM, with the salon closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. A 5% cancellation fee applies to no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment, and repeat no-shows lose booking privileges.
