The menu covers a wide range: cuts for children eight and under, men's clipper cuts, beard trims and straight razor shaves, short and long haircuts, updos and formal styling, facial waxing and brow tinting, and color from single application through highlights, lowlights, balayage and ombre. Keratin smoothing and other treatments are also offered. Stylists build looks around how each client lives day to day.

The team works as independent contractors. Owner Shannon Toms also teaches at Debutantes School of Beauty and says she focuses on developing the team and the next generation of cosmetology professionals. Several stylists have their own specialties, so clients can match their hair goals with the right person. Vivid color work starts with a consultation that is booked first, and the color appointment is booked afterward.
