The studio says its goal is to give clients a luxury experience and full client satisfaction. Color and extension prices move with hair length, density, texture and time, so a consultation is recommended before booking. Extension consultations run about 20 minutes and are used to analyze the hair and scalp and to choose an extension method and texture.

Extension options include sew-ins, closure sew-ins that require HD lace, tape-ins, microlinks, K-tips, invisible K-tips, hybrid installs that combine a sew-in at the back with microlinks or tape-ins at the top, and QuickWeave. Some installs are install only, with hair sold separately, while several packages include Brazilian Body Wave hair. Extension hair comes in a range of textures, and natural Cambodian, Indian and Burmese textures are available on request for an added cost, with kinky textures that are straightened or curled costing an extra $45.

Some extension maintenance and removal services are limited to existing or returning clients. Deposits are required for most services, ranging from $15 to $500 depending on the service, and are non-refundable. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours ahead, and missed visits or late cancellations carry a 50% service charge. Appointments can be rescheduled before 48 hours without an extra charge. In-person bookings between $50 and $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
