Visits include complimentary beverages and snacks during appointments, and parking is free. The salon is open Monday, and Wednesday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Tuesdays. Color consultations are free and run 30 minutes, and can be held virtually by FaceTime or Zoom. New clients who want extensions book a free consultation first, which is 15 minutes for hair extensions or 30 minutes for an extension consultation.

The color menu covers all over color, full and partial foil, mini foil, single process, reverse balayage, bleach and tone, vivid color and color correction. Cuts include a signature haircut with shampoo, a deep conditioning mask and blowout, a curly cut with a styling routine built around curly hair education, and short, medium and long cuts. The signature cut is not offered for pixie cuts or men's cuts. Extension services use Dreamcatchers hair and cover tape-ins, K-tips, I-tips and wefts, including installs, removals and maintenance.

Monthly blowout memberships are available, including a weekly plan and an unlimited plan, both with discounts on add-on services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or less may be charged half the service fee if rescheduled, and no-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full fee. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and a deposit may be required for clients who cancel or arrive late often. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final.
