Visits are by appointment only. Each service begins with a consultation so the stylist can learn the client's goals before any work starts. Pricing is hourly, so clients pay for time with their stylist rather than for individual services, with no tipping, no hidden fees and no add-on upsells. Appointments are booked in half-hour increments, and the start time holds even if a client arrives late. Complimentary drinks are offered during visits, and there is a free parking lot.

The color menu covers all-over color with gloss or toner, highlights from partial and full to balayage and foilyage, creative effects such as shadow roots and money pieces, vivid and pastel color, and correction work. Extensions are offered in hand-tied, I-tip, K-tip and custom methods, and premium pieces come from Halo Couture. Smoothing options include an express keratin, a natural smoothing treatment, a curl-enhancing boost and a color-protecting lock-in. Curl Cult, an in-salon vegan texturizing service, adds soft body and bounce using a plant-based protein.

Bloom Academy runs on Mondays and is a program for licensed junior stylists who work under senior stylists as mentors, at a reduced rate of $80 per hour. The salon describes these stylists as licensed cosmetologists.

Wedding hair is offered through Love is Love by Keenan Salon, a queer-centered wedding beauty team. Services include professional hairstyling, a dedicated artist or team with an assistant for larger groups, face-to-face consultations, and stylists who travel from preparation to the venue to reception touch-ups. Travel within 50 miles of the salon is included in pricing, with a $1 per mile fee beyond that. Booking 6 to 12 months ahead is recommended, and a non-refundable retainer is applied to the final balance. Wedding pricing is time-based and carries no gender-based or bridal markups. A free online style quiz and wedding trials are available.
