Every color service begins with a free consultation, with no commitment required. During the consultation the team checks for allergies, assesses hair health and talks through inspiration images, lifestyle, maintenance goals and budget. Color is customized by the salon staff for each client, and the consultation is the most accurate way to get a quote.

Haircut pricing depends on hair length at arrival and is gender neutral. Cuts include a wash, blowout and style, and clients with bangs can get one complimentary bang trim between haircuts. Blowouts can include hot-tool styling such as curls or flat ironing when booked. The first floor is wheelchair accessible, while the mezzanine and event space are reached by stairs only. A self-serve beverage table offers coffee, tea and still and sparkling water, and parking can be validated for up to 3 hours with a service or purchase.

The salon uses Aveda Professional treatments exclusively for its hair treatments, and Aveda Full Spectrum Color exclusively for its hair color services. It also carries Aveda's at-home line. The salon says its team stays current on new Aveda products and protocols through in-person and virtual training. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
