Heather owns the salon and works as its Creative Director, and the stylists span five levels from Junior Stylist to Creative Director. Prices are organized by level, so the same service can cost differently depending on who performs it. Prices are all-inclusive, with no gratuity or service fees, and are subject to change.

Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, with Sunday and Monday by appointment and Tuesday closed. First-time clients book by calling or texting, while returning clients can book online with real-time availability for most stylists and services. Same-week appointments are sometimes available. Clients may request a silent appointment at no charge, and an extra-thick hair fee may apply, which is discussed at the start of the service.

The salon offers a correction guarantee: if the finished result differs from what was agreed at consultation, clients have one week from the appointment to return for a fix at no charge. A change of mind about color or style is booked as a new service and priced accordingly.

The wine shop is open to the public without a salon appointment and has no purchase minimum; it stays open until 7pm on tasting Thursdays. Salon clients can also taste wine during their visit, with three 3 oz pours for $10. The shop carries 116 small-batch, low-intervention bottles, each made with a woman involved in production, and the wine guide pairs every bottle with a Kevin Murphy product, with some pairings using Innersense. TASTE MAKERS is a recurring open-house tasting on the first and third Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7pm, for guests 21 or older with photo ID; RSVP is preferred through the Instagram link, and walk-ins are welcome.
