A complimentary consultation is offered, and color correction and extension services begin with a consultation so the plan can be set before any work starts.

The salon's services run from color, including glosses, root touch-ups, all-over color, partial highlights, and full balayage, to cuts and styling such as blowouts, curl-focused haircuts, silk press, and formal styles. Treatments include deep conditioning, scalp treatment, clarifying, OLAPLEX repair, and a formaldehyde-free keratin smoothing treatment. Products are chosen to be free of sulfates and parabens. The salon is open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Clients can pay in cash or by card. A card is required to hold an appointment, but it is not charged at booking. Rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead avoids a cancellation fee, a no-call, no-show is charged a $20 service fee, and arriving 15 minutes late carries a $15 late fee. Arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment. Refunds are not offered, and concerns must be raised within 2 days. Extra guests are not permitted.
