The salon is a one-stylist hair studio in Suite F 503 of Building F on Roswell Road Northeast in Atlanta. The salon describes its experience as intimate and upscale, in a stylish and welcoming setting.

Color work runs from glosses, custom color and men's grey blending through balayage, ombre, face framing highlights, color correction and all-over color on virgin hair. Color consultations are priced separately, and the fee is applied to the appointment when it is booked within seven business days. Custom color is also offered on hair extensions.

Extension services include tape-in and clip-in installs, microlink and I-tip installs, tape-in and I-tip removal, weft tightening and maintenance. Microlink and I-tip installs require a prior consultation and a deposit. Clients with existing extensions must remove them before a microlink consultation unless they are booking a removal, and a detangling fee of $25 or more may apply to heavy matting, poor installs or buildup.

Beyond color and extensions, the menu includes braids, Miracle Knot braids, cuts for short and long hair, silk presses on their own or with extensions, keratin treatments, scalp detox and exfoliation, and styling for units and wigs. A monthly Iconic Blowout Bar membership is also available. Booking policies include a 50% fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings with approval required first.

Each service is tailored to the individual client, with consultations used ahead of color, extension and correction work.
