Larger color changes usually begin with a consultation. The Signature Consultation (30 minutes, $51) and the Color Correction/Grey Blend Consult (45 minutes, $76) each take a deposit that goes toward the color service booked at that visit. A virtual consultation on Zoom (30 minutes, $51, with a $50 deposit) is available, though it is not offered for grey blending or color correction. The link is sent by text or email before the meeting. A free 10-minute Zoom visit and a free 30-minute consultation with Brooke are also listed.
Beyond color, the salon offers blowouts, including a Signature Blowout (30 minutes, $50) that includes a hair masque and a relaxing shampoo, and Specialty Blowouts (45 minutes, $75) in five named styles. Cuts are sorted into three tiers, from a quick add-on trim to a full wash, cut, blowout and styling. Keratin treatments come in several strengths, each with timelines the salon gives for how long color and smoothing last and how much downtime to expect. Extension services include weft and KTIP installs, removals and adjustments. Eyebrow waxing takes about 20 minutes and costs $23.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 48 hours ahead. A first cancellation within 48 hours is not charged, but later late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services. No-call no-shows are charged the full amount and cannot book online, and rebooking after one requires a credit card and a 50% deposit upfront. Packages are booked like any other service, and their credits apply automatically at checkout. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday.
