Outside color, the salon offers a deep conditioning treatment that can be added after any coloring service, with a scalp massage included. There is also a one-hour shampoo blowout. Haircuts are priced by length, with a short cut for hair above the nape of the neck and a long cut for hair below it. Brow tinting is a long-lasting color for the eyebrows, usually booked as an add-on, and a full face wax takes about half an hour.
Booking is online, and new clients put a card on file with their first appointment. That card is not charged without a reasonable cause and a phone call first. Late cancellations are charged a share of the booked service, 25% within 24 hours and 50% within 12 hours, while a no-call no-show is charged in full. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for running late, after which the full booked service may not be provided.
Returning clients, meaning those seen for three consecutive services, receive two last-minute cancellations and one no-call no-show without a charge. New clients are offered a complimentary treatment at their first reservation, 20% off a second appointment booked at the first, and a hand-packaged gift when a third appointment is booked at the second. A referral program gives a referred friend $20 off their first service, and the person who referred them earns $20, $30 or $50 off after one, two or three referrals, stackable up to $100 off once the friend has been served.
Hours are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays in alternating weeks, 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays, and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays in alternating weeks. The salon is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
